When choosing Flexible Transport Solutions to move our vehicle, how long will it take to deliver:
Once vehicle has been collected our team will ensure to have vehicle delivered at the soonest convenience to you. This obviously depending on location and distance to travel, these will be discussed between us and client once booking is confirmed. Travel times are also depending on when vehicle is collected due to our safe driving practises.
We don’t have a depot where we leave or store our clients’ cars, as soon as we are loaded, we start the delivery process.
eg Mackay to Brisbane – within 24 hours depending on clients’ requests.
Is Flexible Transport Solutions service door to door ?
Yes. We offer door to door as part of our service, however if due to limited street size, or driveway access and or other factors out of our control we can park as practically close as possible and drive vehicle to Trailer.
Our tow vehicle / trailer combination is approximately 15 metres in length.
Can I load the inside of vehicle full of items ?
No. We are weight limited due to GVM of trailer. Ask us when enquiring about what other options we offer.
We are not liable for any damage caused by items inside the vehicle.
Do cars have to be running to be transported ?
No. We can load cars that aren’t running.
As long as they can be rolled, we have winch fitted inside trailer to assist with loading of non-running vehicles.
Will Flexible Transport Solutions insurance cover the full value of our vehicle ?
Yes. We are fully insured and have a policy that covers us from basic cars through to high value supercars.
